How it started…

When we first connected, this client was ready to leave her corporate brand behind, but wasn’t sure how to show up as herself. She had already been labelled a “LinkedIn Influencer,” yet felt disconnected from her voice, her visuals, and the version of herself she was presenting online.

She wanted to let go of the polished, corporate persona and fully own her identity: a strong, feminine, intuitive leader navigating the space between personal branding and running a high-growth agency.

Our work began with tone of voice development and a personal brand re-alignment, which evolved into a full strategic shift in positioning, content, and messaging:

  • Rebuilt her brand voice to reflect a more grounded, feminine, and empowered identity
  • Crafted a messaging shift that allowed her to detach from the agency brand and step into her own
  • Created a strategic content plan with LinkedIn as the anchor, and email marketing as a deeper funnel
  • Launched her first personal email marketing channel
  • Designed a new visual and verbal identity that reflected her evolution
